Great idea. I was considering to put this instead of the lighter, but that's a good spot to do it! Keeps wires away

Great idea, installing an USB outlet. I’ve been ending up buying a new Pioneer headunit with Bluetooth and USB outlet. The outlet is at the backside of radio so i can keep the lid closed. Also i can change the lighting of the radio to match amber light of the dashboardlights. Looks kinda OEM as well.

In UK models, fuse #12 with 15Amp connects both the wiper washer and also the soft top control unit.

Hi mate, greetings from London. Great admirer of your work on the s2000 and following your struggles with your Honda civic. How did you wire so that it only switches on when the key is on the ignition?
@NAUS2K4 ай бұрын
Use a test light and find a fuse under the dashboard that only gets power when the key is on. You can use an add a circuit on any fuse

@NAUS2K thanks mate. Your S2000 is complete. Any upgrades in mind? I am thinking of android/apple car play as per S2000s in Japan. Love upgrades but close to OEM. wonder if you ever thought of similar upgrades? Absolute Electronix Dash kit also in consideration but not OEM though great job by those guys. Cheers for your reply.

Hey, great video!! I might have missed it and I know it's been a little while but how far down did you drill into the cover. Want to measure 10 times and drill once lol. Thanks!!

Another quality of life install might be a 370Z rear mirror with homelink, auto dim, and backup viewing.

So the way you currently have it setup, are you still able to use your windshield washer? Thanks in advance
@NAUS2K3 жыл бұрын
Yes it just taps power from the same circuit, no effect on the windshield wipers

@@NAUS2K One more question: On the add-a-circuit did you use 2 of the fuses supplied with the kit? Or did you use 1 from the kit, and the one that you pulled out? (Or does it not matter?)
@NAUS2K3 жыл бұрын
@@andyt6588 does not matter if the fuse you pull out is the same Amp rating as the ones that came with your add a circuit kit. In my case i pulled the wiper fuse out and placed it at the bottom position in the add a circuit, and the top spot is where i put the new fuse supplied with the kit.
