Engine type, fuel capacity, rigging equipment{existent,age, options}? Especially for oldish boat with all the usual replacements{upgrades} and so on this information is a must... Plus like someone already spot it there is serious lack of caulking{did not see any} on the screw heads anywhere which does not bode well for the state of the maintenance in general.

How do you leave out including the engine compartment?!? It is for motor sailing ... that's kind of an important aspect of the function of the ship. No mention of the draft or beam either. Would have only taken a couple more moments to cover the essentials.

It's important not to listen to the characterizations salesmen make; "it's beautiful, it's stylish". Why? Because repetition works. It's a rhetorical ploy to convince you of something(that might not be true). It's one way in which propaganda works; repeat something enough and people start to believe it. Listen to their explanation of technical details and functionality but not the characterizations.

I dreamed of a captain's pilot's compartment and a kitchen in the closed part, with a seating area added to the pool in the aft part. actually, I'm talking about a lobster with a sail. but it did not meet my expectations.😃

I think it is a shame when real estate salesman poses as a broker. The narrative covered what silence and a camera could hav. Air draft? regular draft? Engine? Genset? Specs on house bank? Solar? Rig? Ketch? That is rig details, original sails? I wonder if he ever left the dock or for that matter seen dock lines singled up.

Le toit ouvrant ainsi que la possibilité de pilotage intérieur avec une vue 360 en font un bateaux unique , la seule réalité +_ jolie demeure l arrière très haut de l eau , pas pratique et la poupe pas jolie aucune facilité pour la baignade

The teak on this boat has little too no caulking or bungs on the screw heads. This absence of caulking allows water intrusion which causes rotting to the backside of the teak. Also, with no bungs on the screw heads water puddles in the holes and seeps down the screw shaft into the decking core and rot that out too. Bucket of worms. Unless A teak deck is well maintained you do not want to have this inheritance for a cost of $90,000.

These boats do not have decking core....the decks are solid fiberglass, similar to the hull.

I bought one of these and I take it out in the Gulf of Mexico (I live near Houston) every once in a while. It's really me dream boat, and when I move to Wyoming I'm taking it with me, just to sail around Jackson Lake. My dream is to live up there, and probably retire to NYC where I'll still sail it, but probably somewhere other than NY harbor. But that's a while off, and I just started a new business and am planning my wedding. I'm still in touch with all my Army buddies and I think I am truly the luckiest guy in the world.

First,its an motorsailor! Second its a boat with a total lenght of 10( ten !!) meters,wich has unrival space,in and outside,two( 2 !! Toilets and showers),safe and big gangway outside with sturdy handrails( not cables on 0.5 m ) two( 2!!) helmstations ,lots of lnatural licht and ventilation.... Third this boat is build at the highest standards regards seaworhtness,that means that when you are sailing at windspeeds between 20 and 35 knots ,no odd noises from craking interiors etc. You have an point that hull shape is old faschioned ,interiortrim idem,these boat is more than 25 year old.....
