It's strange how, just a few days ago, Swims Meta Mondays had Deep at the bottom of Tier 2. It was bad against Heimer/VI while almost all shadow isles decks were a better choice against Agro. Meta replaced Heimer/VI with BBG's Anivia/Braum, which Deep is doing good against - and suddenly deep is great. Just like that within a few days Deep became anti meta. All because Heimer/VI popularity got replaced by Anivia/Braum.

Hardstuck Diamond right now is actually kinda a good thing, it's still the first patch of this season and cutting/slowing down on ladder grinding will help prevent burnt out, a lot of players who rushed straight to Master don't feel the need to grind for LP more or play the game in general (even though Riot fixed Master ladder for that lul )

Boggles my mind terror of the tides got cut from the deck, felt like an instant loss when the opponent plays it, basically made their board elusive. I'm guessing it was more of a counter card to sejuani and vlad/ashe decks? Since they're not around anymore you don't "need" it anymore?

It’s hard countered by anything with more than 5 power. You want to play it for that instant lethal, not just a better trade.

It's kind of a "win more" card. You could still use it, it's still super strong. You don't want too many super late game cards with this type of deck though.
