9 year old on internet means it is parents fault; this age kids dont need internet ; they can keep minimal use , it is parents responsibility to teach kids how to talk to elders : nothing is change even now it is totally on you how you feel and how to want to maintain tour house environment; if parents not talking to kids and kids stay on internal all time how could you say they are learning good things??
