An Additional District Magistrate is found dead in a suspicious circumstance. A couple of hours before his death a political leader in district authority while making out a diatribe against him foretells about a civil death... A premonition? The circumstances does not show any symptom of hanging like scratching on the thigh, defecation, urination, ejaculation etc. There's no explanation as to how the deceased inside the house where he is body found hanging coupled with blood on the underwear all go to show that there's something fishy in the death. In such a circumstance, the govt ought to have conducted a judicial enquiry and left the investigation to the CBI. When Panur Sub Inspector of Police Soman died the then state govt appointed Mathew commission to make and enquiry and then appointed CBI to investigate the case. But the fact that even our opposition parties do not claim a judicial enquiry on his death is horrifying. 7:04
