Excellent presentation. Being a researcher in islamic philosophy I would like to add something. Islam has considered both soul and body. Rather has focused more on the soul. In the islamic religious texts you can easily find the relationship between the soul and body is shaped by the unification of the soul with the body, its effect on the body, soul's independence, the state of the body, the separation of the soul after the body's death, and is shaped by whether the soul preserves its individuality.

Man is equal under the law whether he is a minister, a common man, a police officer, a priest, a mukri, a poojari, a Malayali, a Sikh, a Jat, a communist, a Congress party leader, a BJP fellow, a lady, a brahmin, an ezhava, a scheduled cast or tribe, ultimately any human being. A citizen is a citizen and only a citizen under the law! ഇത് മനസ്സിലക്കാനും സമ്മതിക്കാനും അംഗീകരിക്കാനും കഴിയുമ്പോൾ മാത്രമേ നവോദ്ധാനം സാധ്യമാകൂ.

മാനവികത എന്നതിൽ മനുഷ്യന്റെ ഉള്ളിൽ ഉള്ള സ്വാഭാവികനിയമത്തിന്റെ വളർച്ച ആയി മാറുമ്പോൾ അതിൽ ഒരു പ്രശ്നം ഉണ്ട്. മനുഷ്യന്റെ സ്വാഭാവികനിയമങ്ങളിൽ തിന്മയെ നന്മയായി കാണാനും ഉള്ള നിയമങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ട്. സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം അന്വേഷിക്കുന്ന മനുഷ്യൻ ദൈവത്തിൽ നിന്ന് സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം നേടാനും മൃഗീയ വാസനകൾ സ്വാഭാവികനിയമമായി കാണാനും തുടങ്ങുമ്പോൾ നവോത്ഥാനം എന്ന പേരിൽ വ്യഭിചാരവും മതേതരത്വം എന്ന പേരിൽ മത നീരാസവും പുല്കുമ്പോൾ അത്യന്തികമായി നവോത്ഥാനം പരാജയത്തിലേക്ക് പോകും. മനുഷ്യൻ എന്നതിന് ശരീരയായ മനസാക്ഷി ഉള്ള മനുഷ്യൻ ആയാൽ മാത്രമെ അത് നന്മ ആയി മാറൂ. അതില്ലാത്തത് കൊണ്ടാണ് യൂറോപ്പിൽ മനുഷ്യന്റെ നിയമo എന്നാടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ഒരു മൃഗീയ വാസനയിലേക്ക് സമൂഹം പോകുന്നത്. എപ്പോൾ വേണമെങ്കിലും വിവാഹം വേർപെടുത്താം. ആരുടെ കൂടേ വേണമെങ്കിലും കിടക്കാം. തുടങ്ങി യഥാർത്ഥ മനുഷ്യൻ ആരെന്നു തെളിയാതെ വരുമ്പോൾ അവൻ മൃഗം ആകുന്ന അവസ്ഥയാണ് നവോത്ഥാനം എന്ന് വരും. ഇവിടെ ആണ് ഒരു കംപ്ലീറ്റ് മനുഷ്യന്റെ പ്രസക്തി. ആ മനുഷ്യന്റെ മനസിനെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയാൽ മാത്രമേ നിയമത്തിന് മനുഷ്യനെ മനുഷ്യനാക്കാൻ പറ്റൂ. ആ മനുഷ്യൻ യേശു ആണ്

റൂൾ ഓഫ് ലോ വളർന്നുവരുന്ന കുട്ടികളെ പഠിപ്പിച്ചാൽ മതി അടുത്ത തലമുറ നന്നാകും.. ഏതെങ്കിലും വിഷയത്തിൽ ഇത് ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ടോ സ്കൂളിൽ... ഇത് പഠിക്കുന്ന 10 പേരിൽ ഏഴുപേരെങ്കിലും നിയമം പാലിക്കും.. നമ്മുടെ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ വകുപ്പ് ഇനിയെങ്കിലും മാറി ചിന്തിക്കേണ്ട സമയം അതിക്രമിച്ചു

ബിസി അഞ്ഞൂറ് വരെ അങ്ങ് പോകുന്നുണ്ടെങ്കിലും അതിനപ്പുറം വേദകാലം പുസ്തകങ്ങൾ ദർശനങ്ങളെ പറ്റി പറഞ്ഞു കാണുന്നില്ല ഗ്രീക്ക് കാരെ ഭാരതീയ വേദങ്ങൾ സ്വാധീനിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. ഏതെങ്കിലും ചാപ്പ ഭയക്കുന്നുണ്ടോ അതോ മതപരം..?
