Hi Vaisakh,I'd like sharing something that happen to me you know I'm not yet appliyng to Isha engeneer but i do free meditation app available on Isha site, and for That I feel so Good in a such Good way in which everything It Is clear quiet and all the things are possibile,but because sometimes I'm lazy in this days I don't practice nothing no meditation no upa yoga no suryanamaskar and I notice when happen this I feel in a terrible Mood so ungry so upset I can't talk with nobody because I'm so nervous with entirely world and everything cause bad Mood in me!So It Is truly that upa, krya ecc ecc stabilize my mind and my Life this Is my simple experience that I'd like share with you,thanks for your patience and your time Namastè 🙏🙏🙏💞

Hi bro , i wanna come to ashram and i wanna do the inner engineering course..,you said its around 4000 rs..its fine.., but hotel rent is too much bro. You can do the inner engg from your own city. After completing the course you can come to the ashram for volunteering. Food and stay will be taken care by the ashram.
