Navara D40 - Turbo Sensor Faulty (Alter Boost Control Solenoid)

I just completed to rebuild an incomplete engine that came without other parts.I did everything else except vacuum lines which I'm not sure how they should be.My D40 is a Spain build with mechanical throttle body and had EGR already blocked off I tried following the popular diagrams you find on internet but makes engine smoke heavily and run bad.May you please advise how the vacuum lines should run from vacuum pump through split plate#1 to vacuum regulator solenoid to split plate #2 to throttle body to turbo boost solenoid to air intake and lastly to turbo.

Hello I am having the same difficult with my d 40. Did you have to drill or tap any part of the turbo to get this to work ? I’m tryin to follow on your video. From research I see that this type of device seems quite easy to instal but with one video I see the turbo pipe was drilled.

How do I bypass turbo sensor if it is damaged/faulty and no longer working? Can you help advise how?

Does your mechanic has a KZbin channel we can understand how he did it or can you get us more helpful information instead?

if you remove the original turbo solenoid, what do you do with the plug then?

Put another sensor if not mistaken, cause I'm not the technician

I experience almost the same with my navara except for that heat temp is stable just that turbo faulty.. Can i bypass the turbo & not using it again

the mechanic bypass it by altering something different, remove some part, and install a not pricey booster control.

That's not a sensor it's the boost control valve. The boost sensor is top right of intercooler looking through grill.
