Our staff are human just like us and sometimes they have bad days too. Our driver, for example, when I was growing up was with us for many years. We treated him like family and he did too and sometimes my parents would get upset with him but a few times he too would get upset with my parents. But my mother never fired him. Almost always by the next day everyone’s mood would calm down and be back to normal. This is normal with long time staff who have been with you for decades…hope it works out for you!

Tb se ly kr ab tk only 3 hi sincere thy baki sb trust worthy nhn thy, chori krte rahe etc etc. Main apne personal experience se keh rhi hn k in pe trust nhn krna chahiye ye zindagi main kisi na kisi point pe ja k apna ap dekha dete hain. Allah na kre but apko zror kisi na kisi din zror mere words yaad aain gy. Khair Allah acha kare. Lets hope for the good things to happen.
