for real your work on entheos is underrated, that stuff its crazy, the fluidity in it, its like, the other side of a spectrum, if meshugah is the opposite one and one day i swear people will look on those stuff and realise how crazy it is, kinda like what happen with car bomb and their third album i had the chance to even saw you perform on your electronic stuff at montreal i wish one day you will continu those project

Kinda sad that you left AAL. I've enjoyed your drumming more than the new guy. Looking forward to hearing more from you.
@ddrum10907 жыл бұрын
You act like he just left haha. Garstka has been in AAL since late 2012 (I think) and has put out two studio records with them.
@KornOil7 жыл бұрын
It doesn't feel that long ago lol. I've been following aal since wave of babies released. So I still think of Matt as the new guy.

If you liked the drumming on their self-titled and Weightless, check out Misha Mansoor's demos since he was the one who programmed the drums on those albums.
@azzans7 жыл бұрын
Misha wrote the drums I'm pretty sure.

Keep listening buddy, it's a learning process, find a couple songs that really do it for you, I still remember "What a horrible night to have a curse" from TBDM pushing my limits of what was acceptable. Once you *get* a song it transitions into an album, then a band, then another, then a whole genre. The few couple of bands that got me into harsher vocals are Black Dahlia, Inferi (vocals sounded familiar with TBDM), Valkyrja and eventually The Faceless and Obscura. Now I'm slowly transitioning into more experimental genres that are far from tech death, ranging from mathcore to r&b. Music is a journey, keep seeking the sound you're looking for and "tune out" the rest, it makes us grow as people ;)

What's up with his ride? It looks like he cut down the ride. Can anyone confirm?
@BadHatNZ6 жыл бұрын
Yeah, he cut it down, you can see half the Meinl Classics logo on the side. Probably to make it more portable/easier to tour with. Those mega bell rides are heavy as hell.
