Thank you. You are a super hero. I started listening to your videos when I was trying to change my lifestyle so as I may get pregnant. You are so hopeful, you gave me hope that it could happen to me. You encouraged me, although I was 32 then I was still feeling May be it can be a cause factor of not getting pregnant so I started taking supplements for healthy eggs and green detoxing. Finally by a help of a Gynecologist here I conceived. I am pregnant now. It is possible everybody, don’t loose hope.

I have been trying for many years and I am now 43, finally I got my first positive pregnancy naturally 2 weeks ago (missed period for about 5 days), but 1 week later, I got bleeding and my HCG level was not aligned to the desired level, and at the end I suffered a loss. Just had my second chemical and bled on Monday. Original period was due on Saturday, so only a few days after i bled. Doctor confirmed chemical as had very low hcg left on Monday from blood work. Will keep taking care of myself

Dear Dr. Sklar, thank you for all your videos providing so much valuable information and encouragement! I just had a chemical pregnancy and my doctor didn’t even bother to give me any kind of explanation nor to comfort me emotionally. Just completely no reaction. Instead just a prescription for further medication (Progynova) for my first kryo-cycle - without any explanation why, what for… Thank God you are in this world 😊

I tooked a PT april 2 its positive then i repeated it on the 4th still positive but that night i had spotting and when i pee there's clot i went to see OB the next she didn't gave me any meds or didn't do anything I'm 40yrs old never been pregnant... The bleeding went on untill now as I'm writing this i did BHcg april 8 the result wast 6649 about 5weeks pregnancy from my understanding tooked PT again for the 3rd time the night i had the BHcg still positive and yet still bleeding and really painful cramps and this time there something came out like blood form.. My OB is out of the country 😢

Thank you for the support & educating everyone on this topic of loss. I feel like some may downplay the devastation of a chemical pregnancy. I totally feel a miscarriage further along would be extremely hard, I cannot imagine how it would be like to go through that. I am recently had a chemical pregnancy. I feel empty but hopeful, we had been trying for so long. I tested many times for a couple weeks, confirmed with my OBs office ,then started focusing an idea to surprise my husband… only to find out it’s a loss. I’m just devastated!!!

I recently had a chemical post fresh embryo transfer. We didn’t test, so possibly chromosonal issues. I also had a bad reaction to stims which made my whole body itch profusely pre and post the transfer.

Do you have a video on Adenomyosis? I have been TTC for 2 years I’m 29 with low AMH and possible Adenomyosis. In October I started seeking fertility treatment, I’ve had bloodwork, HSG, and ultrasounds and my dr said I have low ovarian reserve my AMH is .81 I am on cycle 2 of clomid and every time I go in for a scan or ultrasound I see Adenomyosis written on the papers that are sent to the drs. Was wondering if this affects fertility and what I can do to get pregnant with these issues. Are there certain vitamins I could be taking for this? Thank you so much for your videos. ❤

Hi! What follows after a failed implantation that was accompanied by bleeding? An ovulation first or another bleeding? I had implantation bleeding on days 6 and 7 after ovulation.

A week or so ago, I had what I believed to be typical early cramps. I’m usually irregular but I knew I was expecting my period soon so I just thought they were cramps. They went away the next day. No bleeding except that “first day” bleed. The brown. Then it went away. I was hot, bigger breasts (no sore) heartburn, fatigue… again, assumed to be PMS. Anyway, just to rule it out, I took a test today which looked positive. In shock, I did another (yes, I know I shoulda waited) but it was negative. Now I’m bleeding heavier but not in loads of pain. Is this just weird false test? Xx

I am 33 years old , my cycle is regular , in this cycle at day 20 of cycle i had spotting like bleeding for 2 days , no abdominal pain . After 2 days , i had bleeding and some content like clotting passes for 4 days . Its not like my regular period flow . When bleeding started i checked my beta hcg , its 2 . is there a number that would be concerning im 28 super healthy had a 1 chemical 4 weeks and 1 miscarriage 7 1/2 weeks followed by another chemical 4 weeks within a 7 month span but doctor told me all my test came back good I took a re occurring miscarriage bloodwork. He mentioned to give it more time , most chemical pregnancies at 4 week mark shouldn't be too much cause of concern since they are soo soon and normal

I had a faint line on my pregnancy test strip around 14-17 DPO but now at 19DPO, that faint line is gone from the strip. So I tested with the clear blue test but the line is faint. This is likely a chemical pregnancy test right? Since the line should have been darker by now? And when can I expect my period to come back after chemical pregnancy?

Dr. Sklar, do you think an early pregnancy(that ended up being a chemical) could trigger an elevated bcl6 if the biopsy was taken at 10dpo? I didn't test positive until 12-14 dpo after the biopsy. My lap later on revealed 0 endo, but bc of the chemical pregnancy, I wonder if the positive bcl6 was due to implantation since it is an inflammatory process itself.....I know most women who are doing Receptiva are likely not going to encounter this situation bc they're infertile or in the midst of IVF. I did it for recurrent chemical pregnancy loss so I was still actively trying with my natural cycles at the time of the procedure.

Hello sir, I m 38 years old before 2 years my amh is 1.6, that time I had been suffering from stomach ulcer and gas trouble for 6 years.... then I corrected my ulcer and my digestion is good... at present my amh is 4, fsh on 3 day is 5.6, lh is 5.1 prolactine is 6.3, And tsh is 1.9...
