When it comes to having a female holding 50% of the shares in the company for you to achieve the loan requirements, this would be simply achieved by having a female appear as a nominee shareholder. Of course legal consultation is needed on this. This nominee share holder will simply be entered in the register of shareholders . This would be a legal arrangement between the nominee shareholder and the actual owner of the shares . Again , seek legal consultation on this
