Implacable!!! ❤I'm going through a heartbreak myself right now it was a abusive relationship i was with this person for 4 years, the last time he did it he locked me inside our apartment for days, came back with police officers issued a protection order against me, the twist?? I was in shock and just packed my things and left for good before even going to court. mammie got me thinking deep when she asked something about, as the "abused" what are you mourning for during the season of that heartbreak if you were not the one who broke up with him..I honestly cannot pinpoint what I'm mourning and i'm struggling in my healing journey,I don't even know where to start. I can't believe I gave him everything, my trust, my love and my entire life just to be discarded like trash. I'm so angry, so lost and hurt. I know this is the beginning of a new chapter filled with healing, strength and independence. I'm terrified, but I'm also determined to rebuild my life. Thank you so much to Ciah and mammie dearest I discoverd your podcast during this season, I.watch all of them and I'm so grateful for you ladies❤❤❤keep doing this I love you so much ❤

I have major stomach issues just because I have a love hate relationship with food ey😅please eat before acid accumulates in your stomach, don't be hungry for too long. 💔💔💔This podcast really helped me as Im dealing with grief and I’m angry also sad after losing my loved one but to add on top of that is experiencing heartbreak, even though Im still struggling to get over this relationship after some time we’ve broken up because of how much I love this person and detachment is my biggest struggle through this heartbreak process 😔💔Maybe one day I’ll be able to move past this relationship without feeling any pain or resentment to the person and finally heal and move on. I’m really grateful for this podcast. Thank you ladies for opening up a safe space for us ❤
