The problem is that since Jim created the program he knows it inside and out so he presents the information as he knows the program as well as he does. The creators make for very poor instructors. What I did though was to click on the gear and reduce the speed of the video. It helps to catch better what he is talking about. Jim still lacks the technique of presenting the program to a first time user. While the program is great, it is a challenge to learn, in my opinion.
