I went through menopause early and was done by 42. Now I feel great and I’m thrilled not to be bothered by the monthly fluctuations. I have two little children and am busy running around, not quite what you picture for a menopausal woman! I’m glad I knew what was happening and that my doctor confirmed it.

Did your period stop completely? Did you have any spotting? I am 46.
@Vision2life1Ай бұрын
I'm 42, my period stopped, but it hasn't been a year yet. I thought my mood swings was just me going crazy. I can't sleep longer than 5 hours. Life seems to suck right now, especially now that I secluded myself and I no longer have close friends.

Feels good to see this! Need clarification! I’m what you call a late bloomer 😢 but I’m 64 and been experiencing this changes for about 2 years. It’s quietly calming down so what! It’s a horrible feeling and when I went on KZbin to search you popped up. Let me tell you I’m in awe to know there’s women feeling the same way that I do! I feel like I’m in a world by myself 😢. I’m trying to be strong and brave because I have to. Deep inside I’m literally scared. I retired last year and 3 months after I’m working part-time. Gotta keep on moving 😢. I’m also a KZbin influencer! I’m pushing myself. I’ve talked about this on my channel and wished for this gathering! We need to talk more about this! I Thank YOU from my heart Ms. Gaston🌷

Yep this happen durring peri- menopausal stages to women 35-40yrs+. Other symptoms of peri- menopausal are sleepless nights, dry skin, 2 periods in a month, loss of leg hair, hair fall, memory loss/ brain fog, fast heart beating. Dizziness, if you want to AVOID a heart attack/ blood transfusion due to LOW IRON/ ferritin in body then You must eat beef/ sheep/ lamb liver with carrots/ orange/ beetroot/ kale/ tomato/ strawberries, Spinach, ( add mushrooms for B2 vitamins). ***beetroot is a life saver if you dont like liver. ***- when eating IRON foods you must AVOID for 2.5 hours the following, coffee, tea, milk nuts, eggs, bread, cake, cereal, wheat, pitta bread, cream cheese, spaghetti, rice , flour, rowti, * liver, chicken and eggs have K2 vitamins, thats IMPORTANT to take with your Vitamin D3 so calcium does not block your arteries. ( stop sitting cross legged). **** chicken liver causes fibroids IF you are 50+ your partner should use condoms or else his sperm is cause of fibroids in your body.

This is a good video as usual. I am 46 and it seems like most of my friends or older and had a hysterectomy so they can’t really relate to a normal peri or menopause experience. It’s good to hear from other woman. I never realized headaches was a sign.

The hard part of this is how these symptoms can overlap with other things we would think are more likely at earlier ages
@JennyGaston10 ай бұрын
That is true or even something more serious, that is why regular check ups are key.

I have tried to talk to older women, including friends and family. However, they dont want to talk about it. Every last one of them brushed me off and said "Oh thats been so long ago" or "I just got it all taken out" 😞

I flakes with my sisters that’s already went through it and they Al started in their 40’s. Me being 45 is really going through it. Just had one of the worst headaches 3 days ago. My fingers/joints are stiff off and on, knee problems, frozen shoulders and currently on my cycle again in less than 28 days. All this irregularities is very frustrating. For the past 2 days my body been going from hot to cold like nobody’s business 🤦🏾♀️. Getting up during the last 2 nights soaked. May God help us all going through these stages 🙏🏾

Can you have pink urine in perimenopause
@JennyGaston7 ай бұрын
Hi, I would recommend that you refer to your primary care doctor or OBGYN regarding pink urine in perimenopause.
@tonyaanderson16727 ай бұрын
Been to gynecologist full checkup went to urologist full workup no cause found haven't had pink urine for about 2.5 months should I seek a second opinion
