Unfortunately the West Coast ports simply aren't equipped for them. They might be able to squeeze just under the Golden Gate in San Francisco (QM2 has a similar height of 72 m and clears it by a whisker). But Lions Gate in Vancouver is pretty much impossible for an Oasis Class. No tendering means no Cabo. And Puerto Vallarta can only handle one large ship at a time.
