TODAY'S RECIPE IS Nawabi Semai | Eid Special Dessert Newabi Vermicelli Dessert | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Butter 2 tbsp
Laccha vermicelli 200 gm
Roast for 5 mins low flame
Sugar 1/4 cup
Milk powder 1/4 cup
Mix well
Roast for 5 mins low flame
Pour half portion
Spread evenly
Keep aside
Milk 2 cup
Sugar 1/3 cup
Let it boil
Collect malai from the side
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Custard powder 1 tbsp
Water 2 tbsp
Keep stirring
Thick consistency
Spread remaining vermicelli
Nuts on top
Pistachios powder
Keep it in the fridge for 1-2 hours
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

S you can, custard powder is the combo of corn flour n sugar; I always use corn flour for my custard or pudding recipes as I like less sweetness 🙂
