Hi Naz, your new pantry is beautiful and I can just imagine what you and Mel paid for it, but you're right, for the finished work to look like that is absolutely horrible. I would DEFINITELY talk to the owner and not the manager and for Mel to have to fix what the back looked like what just 100% unnecessary. THANK GOD you took before and after pics of what he did.
