This instructor is very ambitious, and passionate about teaching ESL.I appreciate him for his clear pronunciations. But my advice to the students is, to understand these basic rules. But it is not like studying Maths! It is a language! You need to practice day in day out. LISTEN to the news, movies, speeches and so on. Also, read stories, Fictions, Newses and so on. You will learn the tense constructions he is talking about!

By the way, I do a have a suggestion for you. I could be wrong. If you don't mix Amharic in between, especially when you ask them questions, please encourage them to answer the questions in English even if they make mistakes.This would help them to build confidence in speaking the language without any reservations. You start your lesson in English. Finish your lesson in English. Ask, let them participate and respond to you in English and push, encourage them to speak and reply to you in English. You are typical and best examplery for those who want to take teaching the English language as a profession and make positive changes in our young people. You are simply fantastic!!! Well done!!!
