NB 1080 V13 vs Nike Invincible 3 - head-to-head battle

I debated which of these 2 shoes I would buy. I bought the NB 1080 v13.

Interesting thoughts. I find myself wanting something more versatile though and both of these are very expensive for shoes that lack that. I currently use the Novablast 3 and Deviate Nitro 2 for any type of run. Both have enough cushion for a long run but can pick up the pace. I've relegated my Nimbus 25's to 6 miles or less because they're a little too soft and heavy.

Novablast 3 and deviate nitro 2 are amazing shoes, and truly versatile. The Novablast is also max cushioned, light weight and veery responsive. Great shoe choices.

The Invincible 3 heel slippage, isn't that a deal breaker? I like the version 2 but dare not buy the 3 because everyone complains about the heel slippage.

Wasn't a deal breaker for me. I still enjoy running in it. The Midfoot lockdown is superb and that compensates a lot. While running it wasn't a problem for me at all. Noticed it more while walking.

All u need to do for heel slippage is a runners loop i did it on the invincible and its great for me right now

That doesn't sound very sincere. Although I think there is nothing superior to invincible 2 (not 3), precisely nb has a perfect fit that is impossible to achieve with Nike's flyknit.

I have seen many reviews regarding heel slippage issue noticed in Invincible 3. Is that correct?

It has a little heel slippage yes, but the midfoot lockdown compensates a lot so it wasn't an issue for me while running in them.
