The game itself it’s the worst thing in the world but since we had 2Ks like 20,16,17, and 21 modern 2Ks aren’t as in depth with what players of the game want. It’s a rather shell of its former self. Hoping that in honor of Kobe 2K24 is similar to 2K17 because that’s the last 2K Kobe was included in with a “Mamba Edition”

NBA Live is way better. I switched to Live 19 on 2K22, and I always have fun when I play Live. 2K feels like a job the player movement in 2K23 is slow to me and not fun. NBA Live has 30 different venues 2K has 1 REC Center.

In all honesty I understand what you mean because when I play 2K23 the fluidity almost feels way slower than on LIVE and that’s crazy since the game is older and you would think all this “stamina” that 2K preaches on every year would benefit the game rather than hurt the game. And the venue thing is just 2K being lazy they have enough money and developers to make different locations outside of events and they choose not to but hey that’s just some 2K shit🤷🏾‍♂️

@@vCxreless no I completely understand bro but if we going to be over critical over 2k we have to be the same for live fam. I think live has 2k beat in venues, clothes shoes customization in general, no micro transactions actually have to earn your player. But the game def feels more clunky than 2k if dudes were to play live like they play 2k they would complain and call it ass like they do with 2k. IMO the defense is decent from a sliding standpoint but the contest system and movement system us ASS the comp community would abuse it.

I'm not beating 2K up. I still play My Eras, and the movement is good because I speed it up to 60-Multiplayer; however, the same REC Center, kiddy parks/ playgrounds with pirate ships, and ish. Let's get some real venues and real matchmaking similar to NBA Live.

Next 2K is my last honestly. 2K has to get it right for Park/City. And even more with the build system and balancing of builds in the game, though I hated it when it came out NBA 2K20/21 had one of the most consistent and balanced build system when it first dropped 2K has to revert back bc this stuff is getting out of hand

@@shontootimes EXACTLY the game could’ve had 6’9 guards and be balanced but similar to 22 there is a clear difference that makes the bigger guard almost more all around than a smaller guard. Especially with how interior defense is this year.

this is more of an idea for 2k but listen: I believe a good 2k is where u can just hoop fuck that win percentage bs and all that just go to the park to hoop good rewards that actually rewards the player for playing rewards thats made people be excited to get the builder should be a playstyle builder not with pie charts but like for example a shooter can shoot but also should have the option to be a 2 way or more of a slasher
