OO, JJ & Sarr will make a pretty good starting front court w/ Hunt off the bench. Hawks can develop sarr into a versatile 4 thanks to our stellar developmental program. We just have to be patient as fans seeing the #1 play in college park .

@@LockedOnHawks true, but an undersized one. If he's the starter we get ate up against bigger physical bigs. His defensive RB #s have always been terrible

@LockedOnHawks Sarrs flexibility, youth and "some" of his game translates to a modern 4 especially the help defense with OO as an anchor on D. May take a while but we'll be here for the growth. Can live with the ups & downs on offense if it allows Trae and DJ overall improvement together.

For me the best strategy for the hawks is to trade to get decent picks in the coming year. The easiest way will be to trade with the spurs, but as a spurs fan, i hope that they will not accept to trade back the 25 and the 26. there is some possibility with OKC or Utah. The goal will be to broke this DjM-TJ none wining duo, and rebuild with better defensive players.

@@DKwari He shot well earlier in the season, but struggled late.. He went from 46% to 38%.. And This is on a shorter 3 point line than the NBA. He is also only shooting 69% from the FT line. Thats really bad for a so called shooter..

The volume of free throws is not enough to draw judgment. The volume of 3 point shots is high enough to say he is an elite shooter. Every shooter goes through slumps. His form and shooting mechanics is solid.Plus to me the evidence of a good 3 point shooter is one where the coach allows you to take a lot of 3s even when you are missing. That shows that the coach has confidence in your shooting based on experience and practice. Also, once you are known as a shooter, teams try and make it harder for you so he probably went through a period of adjustment

Help me understand this you want to trade down in a weak draft to recoup picks? Loser mentality all they have to do is upgrade your weakness add size and versatility to the roster. Rebuilding is out of the question our fanbase will not wait another 4-8 years to win! Ressler needs to open up his wallet take a chance and spend into the Luxury tax. Stop being Tony the cheap!🤦🏽‍♂️

Alex Sarr is the pick. What if the hawks keep trae, DJ, and Jalen? Everyone else can be delt. If kyrie and luka can make it work, why can’t trae and DJ?
