Anyone whos played this game knows how absurd this is. Ive never seen more rubber banding in my entire gaming career than NBA Hangtime. 90-0? I cant believe it's even possible sith TAS.

The arcade game was 16bit hardware. It wasn’t going to look much better naturally outside of the added things they could bring home due to extra cartridge space. That said, it’s a definitive improvement over anything the SNES did, especially when you compare it directly. It’s a big improvement on sound, what it can handle all at once on screen, the fact that it has the player heads. All of that stuff adds up. Honestly, I thought it was criminal that the port got panned because it didn’t “look 64 bit”. As if that had any bearing on the fact it was probably one of the best means at the time to play the game at home. The SNES and Genesis sure as hell weren’t pulling off the complete package this did. Or to put it another way, I don’t think people realize how impressive this was after how rough MK Trilogy on 64 was. It was like it wasn’t even the same system running it.

Playgrounds = a$$pi$$.... Showtime was the only close game which compares to hang time, back in the day. Even then, the port on the psx was so butchered that the players looked like fucking dinosaurs.
