Live looking good this year obviously in ESPN presentation, crowd reactions and arena sounds, but they still need work on player models and some facescans and fix robotic animations. 2K still won by a little but I see Live being on top for years to come if they do fix all their issues

Also *The cpu needs to hold the ball and milk the clock at the end of the game when they are winning. They should dribble out the shot clock.

Mike Breen + Van Gundy is my favourite commentary team but Breen sounds so robotic here, wish he was more fluid like 2K's commentators. Love that I'll be buying 2 NBA games this year.

Nba live 18 is actually playable this year. I will be buying BUTTTT If any of the EA Devs read this: Please fix.... *Make it so that the ball doesnt always hit the rim when you shoot from Half court. The ball is always hitting the rim when you shoot from halfcourt which is unrealistic. *Poor FreeThrow Shooters should rarely make swishes. Their shots should bounce and rattle in. *Make rebounding more responsive. The player should react as soon as you press the rebound button. There is a bit of a delay. *Same goes for passing. There is a bit of a delay. And the ball doesnt go to the intended player sometimes, even when the icon is pointing at them. *LAY Ups are still going in wayy too often even after patch 1.05. I have all my layups,dunks and inside scoring at 0 and dunks are still happening too often as well. They should be toned down even more.

ThaLiveKing Add just one more. Whenever the ball hits the top of the backboard (as in bounces on top of it) out of bounds is rarely called, it should be automatic out of bounds.

also I'd add, vibration to the joystick when you're handling the ball. sometimes I feel disconnected bringing the ball up the court or grabbing that rebound. I barely know whether or not I snagged it or not.

Game has improved but commentary is still bad, that's not how Mike Breen commentates, Crowd activity is LIGHT YEARS ahead of 2K, crowd is litt.

Live has a great Look when it comes to presentation but physics looks still unrealistic...when you pass the Ball in a back angle it Looks like your teammate has some magnetics in his Hand..shot animation and runnig animation is way too slow... :(

some of the sequences look really good. This year I will buy Live because 2K looks horrible. Yeah, Live is not a perfect game, but I can live with some bad animations. I think if you speed up a game a bit and do some sliders tweaking it should be fun. Hopefully, when the updates come they will fix some problems, not like 2k crashing down every fucking server. #LiveYear

I'm a 2k guy, but I played 10 hours on my EA access trial and I"m sold on this game (NBA LIVE). It has a few quirks and inconsistencies but overall, I had an absolute blast with NBA Live 18. Live is back for sure. I will buy both games this year.

I slowed the game pace down to my liking, you can play the game at 100 speed if you want. Default is 80.
