I never understood why people didnt believe in him. He was literally playing professional basketball in the world's second best basketball league in europe sice he was like 15 years old. I have always said he was the lebron james hyped prospect of europe. Since americans dont watch euro ball of course they wouldnt know but theres no excuse for "experts" on tv.

idk why people love to go at people for changing their opinions based on new information lol. i respect these people for being like "yea i was wrong and i'll admit it, the kid is the real deal" these people have to constantly create basketball takes out of nothing multiple times a week, every single person is eventually gonna be wrong about some stuff

@@_WeDontKnow_ I understand your point, as a football(or soccer if you want to call it that way)fan I'm really interested when the so called experts talk about tactics and stuff like that. Personally I don't like enterteinment in sports, I'd like to watch the game and talk about the game. Maybe it's just a cultural thing, or maybe it's just me. For example if a singer sings before a world cup final played by Italy I would watch him or her in the same way that a cow watches a passing train.

@@trakkadda yea it feels like a cultural thing to me. I think it'd be fun for the NBA or NFL to expiriment with deeper analysis from their commentators. the only actual analysis we get, is very 'surface level'. probably to cater to new viewers of the sport

If he was American would been praised even more than he is atm. I'm going to say something heretical but Luka is already better than LeBron. Only athleticism and defense is on LBJ side, in any other aspect of the game Luka is better. Doncic and Jokic are the best players in the world atm, much more versatile than LBJ and especially Giannis have ever been. Problem is that American public is too much focused on show and dunks and don't appreciate basketball IQ, versatility, adaptability and artistry enough.
