I forget who said it but He hit the nail right on the head when he said “LeBron is gonna destroy you in his own way”. Because everyone knows he’s not like MJ and Kobe. He’s more of a team player. You say “I don’t respect you til u give me 40.” Those guys would’ve come out and dropped 60 on you. But for LeBron, the entire team winning by a MARGIN of 40 instead of one player scoring 40 themselves… you know damn well that’s a much sweeter victory for LeBron. THAT, was “his own way”. Especially since it was an elimination game. 🙌
@guuze Жыл бұрын
Fr im pretty sure Bron did it on purpose cause there is no way they win by 40 in the elimination game after dillion says the comment about 40, Lebron is 100% the type of dude to not give Dillion the satisfaction of him dropping 40 but to destroy you In a completely different way

Cut it out lol. Lebron was never going to drop 40 on him anyway. That’s just their way of trying to come up with their “mj legend stories”. The truth is the lakers were better and ja wasn’t playing. Ahmad Rashad was an outstanding wide receiver for the Vikings back in the day and he had a great philosophy. He said that he never talked smack to the DB's. In fact, just the opposite. He would admit and say something good when they did something good. And if he beat them on a route, he didn't say anything. His philosophy was simple: Don't give your competition any reason to play even harder than they already are. In fact, try to disarm them by being cool and real. You may even dial BACK some of their adrenaline. And in the end, win or lose, he believed treating others with respect and being human didn't have a down side. I've always admired Ahmad for this approach. As a Cowboys fan growing up, the Vikings always seemed to beat my team. I couldn't stand them. But I always liked and respected Ahmad. I love Brooks against Bron, it gives so much excitement to the game for fans, especially when Bron crushed Brooks to the end it was so satisfying like adding a great NBA story.

Yeah, the whole team isn't that way. Young team that tried to have each other's back and this season didn't end well. Adams, Clarke, Jackson, Jones, Santi, Bane.. none of those guys talked crazy and were all getting time consistently. Brooks antics created tension for the group, but yall don't see that.

lmfao lebron got such a long career, bro really has like so. many great chapters/stories in his career, early days in the cavs, the decision, losing to the mavs and coming back to win 2, coming back to cleveland coming. back 3-1 against the greatest regualr season team ever, to the bubble win, to the dillon brooks villain era to who knows what else, possibly a year seeing a man literally being able to play with his son

@KingOfHarlots86 Жыл бұрын
@@thefacelessquestion3333 what are you on about man?? This has nothing to do with my comment. I'm getting at the fact Brooks talked shit to EVERYONE all season, portrayed the image of a "goon" then turned and cried about being treated the way he portrayed himself. Sweet merciful Buddha, I understand you were specifically seeking an argument, expecting me to jump on the defense of Lebron James but I'm not going to do that. I will however continue to laugh at a guy whom portrayed the illusion of a tough guy,and started whining about being treated like his actions dictate he should be.

I dont think the criticism is because he said it, so much as the fact he disappeared from the media and blamed them for making him look bad when he was the one who chose to say everything he said.

LBJ is a class act, a great athlete, phenomenal father & example for young men, the man continues to get better every single year! Well respected because he deserves it for carrying himself like a respectable, good sportsmanship, always willing to pass on wisdom, & a loving husband & father! There has never been anyone like this man! He came into this league out of high school & grew up on the court, always a consummate professional. Respects the other teams & his teammates always, whether they deserve it or not! The King!!!❣️❣️❣️❣️
