Most I've scored is 128 in a game that went to OT! That means you're playing too quick! Run plays actually set up an offense!

@@ShadyMike I do run plays I'm A simulation b-ball guy.. I'll slow the tempo a bit down on game speed see what happens it's on 49 I'll take to 48.. but I would've been blowed out CPU had 142 and I had 136 w/ s little over 3 mins left ( no OT) I Kno I seen a few NBA games this yr like that so. I'll try a few more rounds before determining going back to the v1 defense settings. But overall it plays exceptionally well though great animations it's a battle..

Hey man I tend to play mostly my league but not me actually playing, I like to build a team and watch the cpu play out - but obviously as you may know, there are A LOT of issues with the cpu such as random out of bounds turnovers - not passing the ball just standing there for like 7 secs until forced to shoot - horrible defensive recognition on cuts / fastbreaks / pick and rolls etc - leaving guys randomly wide open - bad help defense - and bad shot attempt recognition and tendencies such as shooting pull up mids and close shots. Are there mods or sliders to fix this? if you made a video on how these sliders etc can work for my type of playstyle I would love it and appreciate it.

Update: I tried these sliders with cpu vs cpu my league game, between hawks and orlando and the shooting % at halftime was 34% and 28% .... the defense is amazing compared to default, but the cpu scoring is WAYY too low. Another Update: I also had issues with alley oops missing way too much, I also had issues with players like lonzo ball who are known for not driving too much .. driving WAYYY too much, and it's just not realistic - and YES I did adjust his PERSONAL tendencies .. still driving way too much. For defense this seems to be an AMAZING setup, but for cpu vs cpu offense so far is having lots of issues. A Update: It may be personal preference, but the game speed feels way too slow compared to real basketball - real basketball is fast as heck and 2k is already slow enough with how slow some plays develop. I will personally be changing the game speed, another thing is that 2k unskippable free throws and timeouts already drag the game enough as it is. Update: Spurs vs Bucks % with some adjusted tendencies is 31% to 44% ... I didn't even raise it that much and yet the spurs still shot horribly all around. Update: I made my own changes and now the average was 41% and 43% Orlando vs Pacers which is much better for me, the IRL league average this season was 46% FG and 36% 3pt which rounds up to those numbers pretty well.

So I did not test or develop this set around CPU vs CPU gameplay so I can't tell you how they would work for that, I also don't know how to advise you to tweak because I don't play CPU vs CPU some of it should be pretty self explanatory as in you know if there is not enough scoring bump layup / shooting sliders, but not sure what to tell you about sliders maybe bump OFF AWR.

@@ShadyMike Yea I figured you didn't have that in mind so I understand, I just feel for me personally it's too easy to exploit the cpu so I rather watch when I'm doing things like my league - try to make it as realistic as possible to real player tendencies and such. That way I can also adjust whatever players need tweaking in general if I do play agaisn't them. Lonzo ball is one that was EXTREMELY tricky to adjust tendencies since even with low driving and mid range tendencies, and high 3pt tendencies ... he still drives a lot and pulls up for random mid range / close shots ... it's really annoying. The game tends to be biased to that range and doesn't follow tendencies properly.
