After six years, I finally have a new updated version of this video I originally posted 7 years ago. I managed to find new and better bumpers for 1978, 1979, 1980, and 1983.

I love these Saturday Morning Bumpers!! I was 7 years old in 1977 and I watched NBC during most of these years. Great times!!!❤🤍💙

NBC was the first to remove the Saturday Morning Cartoon Line-up from their channel

Now we get it via streaming and DVD and etc. anytime we want so there's no sense of excitement of what could possibly be next.

I love those guys!” Chelsea Green: “You and me, both, Britt.” Britt Baker and Chelsea Green: “We now return to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!” Kay Lee Ray: “Direct from Angel Grove, the Power Rangers will return right after these messages!” Toni Storm: “I love those teenagers with attitude!” Kay Lee Ray: “You and me, both, Toni.” Toni Storm: “And now, back to the Power Rangers!”

TNBC was when they had sports on, right? Yeah, if teenagers wanted to watch Saturday morning, they were most likely to watch MTV videos (when that was worthy of viewing). Maybe even the really good Saturday Morning cartoons like Animaniacs. Otherwise, they'd just sleep right through it unless they loved Sonic "SatAM".
