Let's All Be There also used this intro during the very early days of its campaign. By the time "Burning Bed" aired on October 8, 1984, the blue/pink filmstrips with yellow letters intro had debuted.

That's strange. I really looked forward to Sunday night movies in the late 1980s to mid 1990s and honestly don't remember this intro. I know I watched a bunch of movies on NBC around 1993, including the original Tremors theatrical film and the Journey to the Center of the Earth and Danger Island unsold pilots.

Yes, but I often stopped the recording during the commercials, because at the time I only wanted the movie. Now I'd rather have the commercials.
