Ugh this episode was soo heartbreaking… I cried a couple of times for Roman and Alex 😢 at the same time this episode showed us the essence of time and how limited it is. Beautiful how they corresponded this with Wolf using the momentum to realise his attraction to Nichols and even seals it with a kiss. Everyone played their part so beautifully ❤ I absolutely love this show! Great cast with beautiful storytelling😍 Hope to see a lot more of it! Also huuuuge shout-out to Zachary Quinto! I’ve always been a fan of his work (American horror story, boys in the band, to name a few. btw he’s in great in those as well, go watch them!). He embodies dr.Wolf with such a finesse, it’s absolutely remarkable❤ Such a powerhouse in such an already talented team!

What I love about this show and this episode especially is that it doesn't shy away from the truth that emotional intimacy is something couples of all orientations need to deal with. Homophobic people tend to easily dismiss people different from them based purely on physical sexuality. When they're greeted with same sex couples on the screen navigating the vulnerable feelings that arise when getting to know one's partner, they see the many similarities of our human experience rather than the one difference that makes it so easy to judge. Thank you NBC for showing and respecting differences while at the same time highlighting our commonalities. We are all human, we all feel, and we all hope for the kind of love that Roman and Alex found, and that Oliver and Josh are discovering as they explore a future together. It's a beautiful thing to watch. Of course, with two objectively beautiful men it's no hardship to see them physically close, but what I find quietly revolutionary is being able to see two souls recognizing each other as shelter in a world that seems hell bent on keeping us alone. Bravo! Your fans are out here yearning for another season, please hear us.

i know they cut the episode to look like nichols didn't want the kiss but if you look really close, you can see how he sort of chases wolf's lips as he pulls away. nichols, to me at least, appears to be leaning in, so hopefully that bodes well for them!

Go back and watch their scenes together and it's clear they're falling in love on day one and Roman has noticed it because he's in love with Alex and can recognize the deep feelings Wolf and Nichols have for each other even if they haven't admitted it themselves or each other yet. When Roman tells him to take a chance Wolf realizes their mutual attraction and kisses Nichols. The way you describe it sounds like a person kissing someone out of the blue to see if someone likes them back, whereas I look at it as two people being aware of a mutual attraction and one becoming emboldened to make a move by a friend who can see they're both afraid to. Just my two cents.

It is even greater when these LGBTQ+ individuals get to explore their characters' love interests later in a show. It is like enjoying a delicious piece of cake. This was a beautiful scene depicting people in the world as they are-true to themselves and loving to one another. If showing the world as it is with representation of all kinds of people as equally worthy of happiness and love is IN YOUR FACE, then it's your viewpoint that is the issue, not this show. If the mere depiction of people different from you being able to live happily offends you, that's not anyone pushing anything on you, that's your bigotry clashing with the truth. I love Wolf and Nichols together and I enjoy this show because what's better than seeing love grow between two good people? Love is love is love.
