What in the world is going on here? Just in the past 5 days they've gotten a shout out from Dolly. Loretta Lynn chimed in she wants them to do one of her songs next. Darius Rucker is collaborating with them on his new record. Their album "The Girls Are Back in Town" has shot to #1 on iTunes. And ohhh...there's that little matter of being invited to perform at The Grand Old Opry! You're right ladies. Country Music doesn't look like you. Country Music now aspires to BE you! Bravo!

When she broke down over saying that country music doesn’t always look like them, I knew she wasn’t just speaking from the standpoint of their skin color (though that is also a huge factor) but she was also speaking as a big woman in a genre that seems to usually only acknowledge the thin, white, blonde, and blue eyed singer. As a big woman myself, I felt that pain and it brought me to tears. Baby girl, y’all are gonna make it and you’re going to be LOVED for not only who you are but everything you are. WE LOVED YOU!

All Bands. Singers, etc. have to limit their song time during auditions based on the amount of time given to all acts. If you listen to covers of well-known songs performed, you can see that they usually have the first verse, chorus, and maybe a little of the second verse. If you listen to Drake Milligan’s first audition, he only does the first verse and chorus of “Sounds like Something I’d Do”. In the Finals, they played much more because they’re given more time. The first auditions are limited because in 2-3 minutes, you can tell whether or not an act is good enough to progress or not; and if an act really sucks, less than 3 minutes is all anyone can stand. With Chapel Hart, the first harmony was so good it was obvious they were already seasoned professionals; but unfortunately in the music business, it sometimes takes more than that.

I really hope Dolly hears about these ladies and supports their desire to break into the country music industry in Nashville. 🙂👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 I have to say finally that country music, as a genre, is not restricted to race - I was brought up listening to country - Charlie Pride, Elvis Presley, Jim Reeves as well as listening to gospel music. Country music has many, many fans in the Caribbean - and my parents were from Jamaica. So, those who are at the 'head' in Nashville better rethink because these girls are GOING GLOBAL with or without you. I speak it ....!!! I can definitely say I'm a fan now, and my only question is: Why isn't this played on the radio? Ladies, I wish you all the luck in the world with future success. The lead singer said something to the effect of "most of Nashville doesn't look like us." Well, baby doll, it's time for that to change. Thanks for the dumb "Racist " post ! All Americans should be respected for who they are and where they came from ! Say, what about the thousands of predominantly White Union Soldiers who lost their lives trying to end the evil of slavery, how did their familes fare after they were killed ? Yes, Black folk have overcome a lot of obstacles ! The future should look better for African Americans ! Lets see : The Vice President is a partial Jamaican Black lady who grew up in Canada ! Miss America is half black (Her mother is a White lady) Many Cities have Black Mayors and Police Chiefs ! (i.e New York - Seattle- Washington - Chicago - Baltimore etc) Out of the 100 Top U.S. Cities 57 have Black Police Chiefs - The Chief of staff is Black - Biden's Press Secretary is Black - Most of the NBA is Black ! The NFL draft had approx 260 young men drafted to play professional football ! Most are Black ! When their names where called , most became very rich ! Many Millionaires were made without playing one down in the NFL ! Almost every TV commercial features a Black person ! Black folk only account for 13 - 15 % of the total population of the United States ! Black folk are getting recognized in Entertainment - Music- Arts - Literature - Science - Every where ! Black fold singing County Music is way " cool" ! Props to these ladies and best wishes ! Say, does a white male "rapper" have a chance in Hip Hop and rap ? (i.e Post Malone ?) Are Black folk in the inner city welcoming "Diversity" to their communities ? Are non African Americans greated with respect and consideration when coming to Black Communities ? Just Asking Homie ! Please stop with repetitive False Narratives ! Increase the Peace associated with the blessings we hav"e in America ! Lets help promote National "healing" as we all move forward in troubling times ! 🙏 Blessings to you Brother !

Never in AGT has a group golden buzzer been given… these girls were the PERFECT choice to break that pattern.

These women were a breath of fresh air to me. I love all of my sisters no matter your race, however I’m so tired of seeing the constant display of twerking and poll dancers. These women have TALENT, and can actually SING!!! I grew up loving Country music. So to see these lovely young ladies in this genre is PRICELESS!!!!

I’ve watched AGT for years from Singapore. Never once I’ve witnessed the 4 judges and Terry are in sync as a group to give the golden buzzer. Well done. Great performance. The most well deserved golden buzzer. You have a great future ahead,

they didn’t dive deep into any hardship they faced, but the one line “country music doesn’t always look like us.” damn. that hit deep because it’s the pure truth. proud of these ladies, the world is yours!!

There's not always a reason to dive deep into hardships, but with their talent Country music WILL start looking like them. They put forth the effort, and here they are! These women are amazing, talented, and I believe they'll be going places with their music.

Amen, doesn't need to look the country music like them, they already created a new "Country Look" that's what makes them unique. They already are what country music will look like for this generation. The lyrics, the tunes, it is amazing. Now it only depends on their willingness to learn. And my heart is beating and shaking that someone may mentor them to the wrong patch. I wish for the right person and right mentor for them.

Ya, But country has changed quite a bit FINALLY. They have amazing African American singers like Mickey Guyton, Kane Brown, and Brittany Spencer and a few others. These ladies will be fine and I feel they are already stars in my eyes! I loved them so much! ⭐️🤠⭐️🤠⭐️🤠⭐️🖤🐈⬛🖤

@@vanvuite7307 They already know country music, so what is it that you think they need to have the "willingness to learn"?
