A police copter got close to one. The pilot said he felt unsafe and veered away. Something spooked him when he was able to clearly see exactly what it was. No video or pictures were taken. The police no longer attempt to get close or follow those things. Pure fear..

Wrong you do own the air space over your property. And it can be charged as trespassing. The FAA requires 1000 feet above the ground in congested areas 500 feet above the ground in non congested areas for aircraft to fly. Drones are aircraft FAA regulated to 400 feet above the ground so can only be flown over property they have permission to do so. Otherwise it's trespassing.

if you look closely these drones have a large head. they are american drones to take radiation readings. before these readings were taken by military trucks or others. easier now to take them by air and also underwater with submersible drones. i'm not american, i'm canadian; nobody's perfect ;). at this point... If i were in the military, i would absolutely need a way to check the radiation levels of several places in the world in order to track/confirm any abnormal sources/traces of radiation. it would then be possible to trace in addition to the type of radiation, its exact origin and the type of danger it represents. Sleeping well.
