With the exception of Afghanistan, which was origianlly a deal Trump cut, Blinken has been one of the most effective Secretaries of State in modern history. Yes, he couldn't prevent Bibi Netenyahu from sacrificing thousands of lives to stay in power, or Vladimir Putin from invading Ukraine. BUT he got a lot of hostages back from Hamas, a lot of aid into Palestine, made NATO stronger than it has ever been, helped prevent Ukraine from falling, and (just maybe) Israeli war crimes from being less than they otherwise would have been. Diplomacy is tricky business, and he's done good work. I'd be happy if President Harris kept him on.
