@@kurtsaidwhat are you kidding? First of all, plastic surgery is extremely common in South Korea, most notably double eyelid surgery. It’s not just culturally acceptable, it’s expected. But BTS? Every single one of them has had plastic surgery, several of them have demonstrated “problematic overuse”. Most of them have had some nose work done. Check out the width of the bridge, the slope, and contour. Some of them have also had work on their jawlines to look more angular. Their teeth have been excessively whitened. Check out any younger photos of them and you’ll see massive differences.

Keep your hearts and minds open to these seven human beings who have displayed authenticity since they debuted in 2013. They're not just music artists, but genuinely connected and caring people who know the expanse of their reach and use their platform responsibly for good. They do this with grace and humility even when the public expectation is sometimes ridiculously high... ARMY supports them, and they fully support us in ways you might discover if you take a moment to look.

It's noble of the white house to invite BTS over, but their representation is not legit. The irony is the S. Korean government still hasn't passed the anti-discriminatory bill in the last 15 years and is not even willing to bring it up to discuss on the table. The South Korean government doesn't give a crap about diversity but only in the pure interest of the country's imagery for global popularity. I wouldn't fall for it.

During Black history month let's invite The South African soccer team to discuss how redlining still affects Black people in America to this day. Maybe, in the near future we will see a White House Press Briefing that features the Scott Pelley, of 60 minutes fame, interview with Federal Reserve Bank Chairman Jerome Powell wherein is FINALLY discussed the third rail of federal financial matters which is QE and I sure hope Pelley doesn't plagiarize my work, too much since I am the world's leading authority on this subject. Anyway, Pelley asks about we the people's "printing money" (misnomer) and is corrected by Powell with him saying "digital" money which is pretty close to the term I always used which is we the people's "electronically generated" monies (QE). This electronic generation of we the people's monies term was first coined, as far as I know, by former Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke back around 2011 during that hearing held by former Senator Jeff Sessions who asked Bernanke and then Treasury Secretary Timothy Geitner, in relation to the funding source for QE2, "Where did you get all that money?", which initially was "only" $600 billion. Bernanke famously replied, "Ahhhh, we electronically generated it." This reality of how we meet federal expenditures has been hidden in plain sight ever since and it's about time someone found the courage to publicly address this subject, besides me. A heads-up, if you have physical gold that you've purchased at more than around $40 per troy ounce, you might want to consider divesting, a bit? The entire explanatory narrative on how and why QE spending works is called Equity Spending (KZbin) or ES, not to be confused with the more politically correct, Left leaning, in my opinion, inferior MMT explanatory narrative on QE spending. P.O.O.F.O.O.S.I.E.

Being as they appropriate Black-American originated art form, they should also speak to the federal protection of Black-Americans - the people whose ancestors built this country with their free labor. Where are our allies; then we, Black Americans, are always supposed to speak up for, fight for and ally with other groups...but those efforts are never reciprocated.

i feel sorry for the way you are not reciprocated and i totally agree that you should have much more representation, but they are asian, they need to talk about THEIR ethnicity. and, when did they intentionally appropriated the black ameriacan art form? adding, they have already shown support by donating 1 billion dollars to black lives matter, and has always been saying that races, languages etc should no longer be an impasse in any area.
