How many officers would watch a gunman enter a school building and wait for permission to shoot? I wonder if this is a story that sprung from all the craziness of this tragic event and is absolutely untrue. Why is there even a security officer at the school with a gun? We don't have armed officers at our elementary schools. That is so sad and messed up. All of this is.

Where was the Robb Elementary Schools Resource Officer? Why hasn't that individual been questioned? The Officer could have set in motion, the first set of emergency alarms, right after that vicious devil, crashed his truck and shot at the people, who "WALKED" to him, from the funeral home. Those valuable minutes could have saved some of those kids & teachers. Where was the school Resource Officer? Was he on duty? At the school? HOW MUCH MONEY IS SPENT ON LAW ENFORCEMENT IN TEXAS (City, Town, State & Federal)? Are Tax dollars being wasted? The release of the Body Cam footage has been very informative. Now we know why some of the government officials didn't want to release the footage earlier. They claimed it was because of the families, of the victims, but, all along, it was to hide their incompetence.

By watching they mean a police officer was pointing a rifle at him and watched he walk into the school. He had the ability to shoot him before he even made it in the school, but instead asked his supervisor for permission to shoot.

This is what happens when a Political Bully runs Police and also as seen in recent shooting when 90 rounds were fired 60 hitting a black person, over a Traffic Stop, that US Police Training does not work, 1 part of an Aussie Police Dept tried it for less than a year caused too many deaths that led to retaliation Ambush, Our police are trained that only 1 person shoot max 3 bullets most of the time use 1, these are rare as we don't lock people up for as long and don't keep them on Bail unless Treat to life.. 2. Most of Crooks with Guns (smuggled in via US Military) only point at each other not Cops. There is no Death Penalty and very Rare Crimes that will get you life without Parole.

The report is neglecting to mention the target was ~150 yards away with a school behind him. That is well beyond the training of the vast majority of law enforcement. I'm not saying they didn't mess up a million times but lets at least try to include important details.

Just saying this, if you live in a very rural area and you want things to slow down they will. Everything will slow down including a police response to a shooter. This is a way of life for people out in the middle of nowhere and it will always be that way. If you want to a chance to be safer live in a place that isn't so extremely rural.
