Why is a 16 year old drinking alcohol at a house the parents provided? That's against the law. I wonder...why havent the parents been charged with a crime and this girl as well? Vote Democrat. It's like rowing a canoe out to the middle of the lake. 1) With a hatchet; and 2) hatchet a 3 ft hole in the bottom of the canoe. And it be all the canoe's fault why it sunk. Vote Democrat.

What was unfair? The report left out some details or passed them pretty fast. He found the man guilty at a bench trial. Before sentencing he reviewed the evidence and the law. The Illinois law has several acts that fall within it. Most have to involve authority figures or family members of children. The first two parts were the only relevant ones. The first involves physical force, which nobody alleged at trial. The second was the pertinent one, which involves someone unable to consent, but stipulates the other party must know the person is in such a state. After reviewing that, he found that the state had not proven the dude's state of knowledge beyond a reasonable doubt. The truth is, they hadn't attempted to prove it, because they likely thought it self evident. When he realized that, he overturned his own ruling, which he has the power to do. An appellate court and the state Supreme Court both agreed with him. The part where he ranted about the parents throwing an illegal party for underage kids had nothing to do with his not guilty verdict. It was him chastising the parents for illegally setting up a situation where an incapacitated boy and an incapacitated girl could hook up. The stuff about the time in jail being enough punishment was because he thought the guy had done something wrong, but that he wasn't guilty of breaking the law he was tried for breaking.

@@aking4130 Because her side of the story is correct. We know this because the Judge admitted as much, and then proceeded to commit so many violations to help the other side.. that the Board had no choice but to remove him from office. The judge literally admitted that he was looking for a way to criminally charge the innocent victim (who he knew was innocent), and he got caught in ex parte communications, in which he engaged in Plea Negotiations, which he denied but Farha’s testimony, shows that he was lying. (this is another major violation, which he didn't get charged with). He also gave false testimonies, that he knew were false.. Which included the claim that he believed Clinton was Not Guilty. He knew Clinton was Guilty, but couldn't find a way to escape the Mandatory sentence for the Crime.. and waited for an Appeal which he believed would give him discretion to reverse the conviction without having to give an explanation. So the matter of Clinton being Guilty.. isn't in dispute by anyone who saw the facts of the Case. The details of Clinton's Guilt is not the subject of this video tho, so you're not gonna find them here.. This is about the Judge.. and you can find the documents that show what the Judge did and his admissions as well as the lies he got caught in.

In many ways, this young lady was *LUCKY* that a media station and communities got involved. The arrogance of this judge is so blatant it's shocking. He physically exudes disdain to the woman conducting the interview, literally looking down his nose at her. Finally the justice system does something right in removing this horrible man from the bench.
