Those complaining about the look of this movie are obviously overlooking the fact that the original Alien was made with a very similar atmosphere and tension. The original was a tense, claustrophobic, horror type movie with a space setting. This will be a good movie based on the criteria from the original. *EDIT* I just wanted to add that I was correct. Alien Romulus is an excellent movie that does the Alien franchise very proud. It has a great plot, solid story, superb acting, and the ending is spectacular.
@marine_torment24 ай бұрын
Yes but the first movie was the start of the Aliens franchise, this would be good. If it wasnt suppose to be a sequel
@RatBonez114 ай бұрын
@marine_torment2 That makes no sense to me. I don't get your logic. It's basically a similar formula but with updated design and tech. I actually prefer Alien movies like this because it keeps a tense environment throughout the film. That's how the franchise started and I prefer it to keep doing that. In fact, a lot of people prefer Aliens to Alien, but I thought the action was over-the-top in Aliens and took away from the horror aspect that the first one established. There's a lot to be said for a Scifi horror film that focuses on atmosphere and tension.
