A giant hole is left without these two but at least they deserve each other and got their happy ending. It will be interesting to watch where they end up ie other shows. I followed Jesse from House and started watching this show because of him but enjoyed the growth and change of all the actors. I wonder if actors realize how much they are appreciated. The wedding was so tacky it was.not as good as Kelly and Stella their wedding vows was just full of lies where Kelly and Stella wedding vows was just too sweet , they made me cry, their vows was them, we all at work had a good time laughing at Brett and Casey vows full of lies which was what we suspected. I’m commenting on this episode. It’s really sad to lose both Brett & Matt. But congratulations to you both on your wedding day! The ending part of this episode was/is quite touching emotionally! I’m possibly gonna take a quick look at the other comments. See what they’re saying. But Chicago Fire seems to be losing the favourites from the original team! Ouch. 🥺 Either they marry & stay as husband/wife in the series. Or possibly they get married like Sylvie Brett & Matthew Casey did & head out to Oregon to live a (possibly) different lifestyle there. Thus they’ve left. If they do return to house 51 as Matt said they would, that’s something that may or may not happen. Clearly we’ll literally have to wait & see. I’m really unsure 🫤 about that woman who said to Violet you won’t be allowed to pick your new partner. Eww! That doesn’t sit well with me! Really hope the Chief stays on at the 51! Anyway, just sad to say goodbye to these 2. 😟 It’s weird how much time we give to these series & then become “really invested in the characters to the point where we feel like we know them.” It happens though. Too bad we couldn’t just keep our distance & yet still enjoy without getting caught up in it to such a degree/level.

I held on desperately for Casey to come back in ...was it two or three yrs and like an idiot i believed he would. Chicago Wednesday used to be my favorite but i'm very disappointed with all the changes and all who have left. I truly don't know if i'll ever feel the same way about the shows again The way it looks now i really don't think so. Stopped watching Chicago Med when the heart dr and crazy lady left and after Casey left. I don't even recognize Chicago Med any more and Fire and PD are becoming just as unfamiliar to me.
