It’s the ones that they kill off because they don’t know what else to do with them. That’s a lack of creativity on the writers’ part. But the absolute worst decision they made as far as I’m concerned, was killing off the Al Olinsky character. The dumbest thing they did. So who are they going to kill off the next time Voight kills someone out of revenge (you know, like he did the person who killed Al) because there is no one else that has that bond with him. If the writers had an ounce of a brain, they would’ve brought Elias Koteas back, in a storyline that his character had been so deep under cover that he couldn’t even tell Voight about it.

I was so happy when Dawson left the show , they couldn't pick anyone more wrong for Casey .Their personalities was too different, Dawson was extremely spiteful especially if things didn't go her way, she was also self absorbed, only happy if she had her way . How he felt didn't matter to her as long as she was happy !
