LeBron, despite his great career, is an albatross to the Lakers. Dan Hurley knew it and exploited it for his and Uconn's advantage. There is no way he would take a coaching job where he would be coerced into signing a player (like Bronny) who wouldn't even make the roster at Uconn.

If that kid comes to the league, he will be a meme in 3 months. The Lakers should be building around AD, not placating to LBJ, who has to be the worst era in the history of the league. 30 million people watched the NBA at one time. Let's be real, Bronny probably has the least ability of anyone drafted in the last ten years. He's appalling.

This is so true. The Lakers really are a complete mess. Shouldn’t have sucked LBJ off for this long. Now you have to draft Bronny? There are AAU teams in Florida he wouldn’t even start for! Seriously….

Tebow getting a quick look in training camp was INSANE privilege that’s problematic, but Bronny getting drafted based on literally nothing except privilege, isn’t problematic. Logic brought to you by ESPN and mainstream sports media.

He was too young to know when they were in their prime. Also, some of the best players were not in the NBA at that time. They were in the ABA. I will give the logo his props as an all-time great. Goodrich was a good player for that era.

JJ who has never coached at any level, just so happens to do a broadcast with LeBron, gets hired as the Lakers head coach, then his son who was a 3rd option on a weak USC team that averaged 4 points a game as a 6 foot 2 “shooting guard”, gets drafted in the second round of the NBA draft…the Lakers are the joke of the NBA
