Passed my state exam today with the help of this video! Third time was the charm. The only outdated info I was able to find is that as of 7/1/2020, PB’s have 18 months to complete the post licensing courses. Thank you!

I passed my national test on the first try, I’ve taken the state i believe 4 times. I was worried about passing the national. For some reason the state is what is REALLY getting to me, i thought it would be the easier one. I go tomorrow for my 5th retake and I’m hoping this license laws and rules videos will help! You mentioned that several brokers come to the class on July 1 because they are inactive and can not earn a commission. I thought if the commission/brokerage activities were conducted/earned while the license was active the broker can still be paid if they later go into inactive status. Is this not correct?

I'm proud to share I passed my national PSI on the first try January 25th but I failed my NC portion by 2 questions 🫠 Hopefully after watching this a dozen more times, I'll be good to go!
