PDP don't wanna give any credit to NC for bringing the resolution meanwhile it was PDP who joined hand with BJP and bring BJP in J&K and BJP abrogated the Article which the Constitution of India Given to Jammu and Kashmir in 1953 after the accession in 1947 be it temporary and permanent Article but the Center can't scrap the Article against the will of People of J&K which means the resolution should have passed through the Assembly of J&K first since it's illegal abrogation.

actually supreme court said that the article removal was completely constitutional. at that point we had no assembly of our own so the lok sabha acted like our assembly. im a kashmiri myself but it's true. they exploited the loopholes. i have no hope that they can bring it back

Why Omar Abdullah passed resolution for statehood only in his First Cabnit Meeting without consultation with all stake holders without mentioning special status.
