Dulat is beholden to Abdullahs, he thinks Kashmir starts & ends with Abdullahs. A very biased person with exaggerated self-importance.He thinks next to Abdullahs, he is the best and most qualified person on anything and everything related to Kashmir, and is pissed that the present Govt. doesn't care a damn about him. In contrast, he expected to be consulted by every Govt. and every PM! Tne only 2 truths he uttered are; 1. Ajit Doval is a fine intelligence officer 2, "I did nothing!"

Don’t know if it’s just me or even others feel like Dulat comes across as being envious of what the present RA&W has achieved…. I mean I’m sure Dulat is an amazingly intelligent man but he couldn’t deliver what Doval has done….relative peace and fair elections in the valley….His tenure was most definitely a very challenging period but now looking back and reminiscing about it he comes across as being bitter about Dovals success…..he’s trying to put up a brave face but his mask slips many times during this conversation

Actually when manmohan singh ji launched economic reforms as FM back in early nineties every intelligence agency across the Asia was upbeat n contributed so that india could take up centre stage..allthough many failed n that included kashmir..gujrat..
