Athletes may be the most dynamic players, but I'd recommend going after OLineman early in the season as they're often the hardest to secure.

kitchen sink doesn't give you extra recruiting points. It just allows you to add more points to each recruit. Also, if you search for players with less than 25 percent locked at the beginning of the season, you will find that 75% of the players show up. Recruit players that have interest in your school first because their school bonus will be higher. Then, around week 5 search for guys with less than 25 percent lock because those are the guys you won't have to fight for and you will save more recruiting points. Also, sort recruits by their squat rank. For whatever reason that gives you the best chance of finding gems.

I usually give out scholorships in week 1 to ppl that are interested in my school. After getting 4-5 good players & still recruiting the ones interested, i usually wait till about week 4 (like what u do) to go and find the players with less than 25% interest. Actually, you can build an overpowered dynasty. With this, you can usually pick up the #1 QB HB & WR if you do it right. I usually bring in a class of about 15-20 just doing this and sometimes the #1 recruiting class. Doing this, i turned San Jose State into a powerhouse. Just another tip.

Use that 25% method like a cheat code used all 25 scholarships 13 4 star recruits 12 3 star recruits pretty much red shirt all of them and just repeat every year

I use the method displayed here during week 4 of the season. If there are recruits still under 21% lock by week 4, then that means no school is trying to recruit them at all. You can just keep them on your board and solely recruit them using bonus points until you have finished your main recruiting battles with other schools.

Mr. Golden Thumbz At the beginning of the season, I just jump in the prospect pool and grab the highest overall position needs that are already interested in my school (with the green circles). These you have to fight for most of the season. Then week 4 I use this method to sort to all the "free recruits". I scout every recruit under 21% lock that displays a 70 or higher overall. You will usually find about 10 really good players (near 80 overall) per season that you can get for absolutely free. I can pretty much take a 60 overall team and make them 99 in about 4 seasons doing this. You're basically taking advantage of the fact that they made the recruiting pool too big for the game. Probably more info than you needed but it works for me. Lol

Nah bud that's not too much info. Makes sense. My recruiting strategy is similar to that but I only do it with athletes for the most part because I like being able to switch their position when drafted. Of course I look at the stats and get an idea of where I can play them but yeah usually first season I'll have a top 10-5 recruiting class ass a 1 star team. I Target all the guys interested in my school under 20% lock from week 1 then just go through and scout guys that are under 20% lock for the rest of the season.

Certain positions like Offensive line are always intense recruiting battles. You need every advantage that you can get. That MLB, and CB are always hard recruiting battles.

Recruiting is always hard when starting a new dynasty. I usually go for a player who has my school in their top 3. And they must be 70 or above. I also go for players who have a low commit percentage. Then I sort through the prospects I have by 100% scouting my recruits talents. Sometimes you find 4 or 5 star recruits aren't as good and some are busts sometimes low star recruits are gems. So if I like them I immediately offer a scholarship. Lastly, As soon as a recruit is ready to visit I schedule it i dont wait. And I usually sign everyone I want with that strategy.

This is a terrible strategy. I agree with some things you said, but if you recruit all athletes you’ll end up with a team of wide receivers and running backs. What about OL and DL? What about LB? TE? These positions are RARE when it comes to athletes. Sort by squat and 40 times, recruit interested players, and have a balance of positions you are targeting.

I’d look into squats, speed and height. The first two create a bunch of gems and the height just makes players better than their overall. You want those 6’7 650lb squat OT’s

David Porter sort by squat rankings. Most times those guys will be gems.
