i imagine that since hes still technically a criminal and would be repentent, hes doing time not just as the sands head of R&D but voluntarily disarmed and delimbed his puppet body as gesture of peace with the people around him, said limbs and weapons being devoted to reverse engineering and study by kankuro as a learning experience. Also the calm/friendly limbless torso with a head is an aethstetic.

The only issue I have with the Hidan redemption arc is, shikamaru explains to him the wildlife would never let it happen as they're the only ones trusted in that area, so he couldn't of gotten out of there unless somehow he snuck away which would be very difficult considering he would need to take time to regenerate without being spotted by the animals that call the place home

You could also make an argument for killing the jinchurikis not being evil. They didn’t know about the moon plan, so they aren’t evil for that.

Also, just because you think that something is evil, doesn’t mean retaliation against it is justified. There is a good case you can make the the USA was evil for a solid part of the Cold War, they did some super shady things in the name of geopolitics. That doesn’t mean that just because Al-Qaeda thought America was evil, their terrorist attacks that killed thousands of innocent civilians on September 11th, 2001 was justified.

Liked them all (Kisame's and Kakuzu's happy endings actually got me emotional) but if there's one thing I would change about Hidan's happy ending is that, instead of him clearly realising Jashin is a figment of his imagination, he hallucinates that Jashin visits him in a vision amidst his delirium and disowns him for his failure, sending Hidan into a crisis of faith as he realises that the god he has been blindly devoted to couldn't care less about him. Overcoming this crisis would be the breaking point that pushes him to try and save himself instead of waiting for divine intervention.

The Akatsuki is a succesful attempt at bad guys (Anime and non Anime)((((and itachi)even though he was a spy)but did slaughter his clan) but to save his plot amor drippin Brother) working together towards something bigger than themseleves (which shits on almost Villians to date) and my god most of the characters in the Akatsuki was freaking relate-able or can be imagined from different views.... when the villians are actually relatable the story just gets that much better! Zetsu Ending: Naruto talk no jutsu Kaguya and Zetsu through Ino telepathy. Then Kaguya realizes that naruto and many others are nice people like what hagoromo told her b4, and that there is hope, and Kaguya/zetsu scraps the eye of the moon plan. Then kaguya tells naruto/others through Ino telepathy about the otsusuki and all that :)
