I believe it's a great service but way over priced, as they say in video you recruit yourself so no need to pay them for their upgraded options just take the free one and recruit yourself

Absolutely, but keep in mind if it's during their season they may be busy and may not be able to respond right away.

Absolutely. A dead period limits in person contact, but you are free to email coaches at any time.
