In dance competition, contestants tend to avoid performing The 7th Sense. Like in Produce 101 where contestants are divided into groups that will perform to different songs, they'll pray even beg to not be placed in The 7th Sense group, and when those who were announced to be in that group literally freaked out lol

It was the same on a different dance competition. SHINEE’S Sherlock is very intricate and hard to dance to, every group was praying not to get that song. Unfortunately it went to the group with the youngest members and they looked like they would pass out. LOL Poor kids did their best.

honestly, this debut was waaay ahead of its time in kpop lmaoo im almost certain that if a group had made their debut during a time like now with a song like the 7th sense, it would receive a lot of attention. regarding the "abstract" feel of it, i completely agree. there's a reason why many people struggle with this choreo. not bc the moves are particularly difficult, but bc of how precise the execution needs to be in addition to the groove. it's hard to recreate or mimic, and i applaud anyone who has learned or covered this dance.

apparently one of the reasons why the 7th sense's choreo in particular is so difficult is because there is no overlapping/repeating movements or choreo at all 🤔 like, all the dances in the verses the choruses the bridge are different

This song is literally the nightmare of all trainees in survival shows~ the song's aesthetic is rly cool and choreo extremely complex & hard the trainees would do everything to run away from this piece~~ like I feel with them this is different lvl and the newbies are pushed to perform this like poor boys 😂 nct are ones of the most talented and best dancers, vocalists, rappers & visuals in the industry so >

What always gets me is Doyoung keeps saying he can’t dance, yet he was in this iconic for how difficult it is choreo and did not stick out! He killed it and held his own with Ten and Taeyong. Like give your head a shake Doie, you can dance.

this is my favorite song and choreo, it's by s**t kingz! oh btw if you're ever curious about nct dream (the youngest members unit), i would recommend watching in chronological order. the best thing about this unit was to literally watch them grow. the youngest started at 14 years old in "chewing gum" and now he's almost 19 already. their evolution is just crazy! no need to react to them or anything, but just for reference this is the order: - chewing gum - my first and last - we young - go - we go up - boom - ridin

They went through a very tough training. One of their choreographer is Tony Testa. And NCT's perseverance is at the top. Vocals and Dance moves are all amazing. Plus they sometimes include funny stuffs in their live performances so you can see they are having fun
