Indeed, Kenyans must get rid of Ruto before 2027 otherwise there will be no country to speak of. That said, some of those people on the list are just noisemakers eg PLO. PLO loves to talk about the DOERS men and women who built movements and armies, mobilized, fought, were jailed and even died. Meanwhile, PLO has never built an army or a movement. Its been alleged, he used to sell out his fellow student leaders at UoN to Moi's intelligence police, they were expelled, jailed, tortured, some died in penury because they never graduated ; Moi fronted PLO to derail Muite's LSK chairman bid; his tenure at EACC (anti corruption) was mired in controversy.
