His views should be considered by.all conscientous and intellectual people of India...Triple talaq which has been as interpretated as instant divorce without any provision of security and maintenance should be considered a crime.. staying or announcing should be considered only as an.intent for separation leading to divorce..it would be best at this time to have.the divorce settlement arbitratedor mediated. The suggestion for.future muslims to.follow a contract to bear the stipulations of marriage and divorce should deter the recklessness of chauvinitc men..and.corresponding agonies of women.

Ravish ji i have been a fan of yours since long but today it increased another notch- because you got some intellectual to discuss on some subject who had tremendous insight and knowledge Prof.Faizaan Mustafa, as his name suggests he is definitely blessed (faizaan) by prophet Mohammad whose another name is Mustafa and the last report of this poor lady Shama who is so right that the god who created her and the messenger of god who brought that universal message of humanity and life to the creation can not have made such cruel laws for his creation. These laws were made by MCP's mullahs to please their masters (rulers in earlier days) which stuck and got embedded in the society against the tenets of quran and Prophet's teachings but since these mullahs were baking their breads and enjoying the benefits they stuck with that and till now thats been the issue. And suddenly there is an awakening and they see their powers getting lost and their money making machinery coming to a sudden halt that is why they are opposing and how cruel that they are even making money on such an illegal and evil thing as Halala. No amount of laws and bills can change this but all you need to do is to educate the women who should know the rights and duties and they should be encouraged to stand for thier own rights and also to educate their sons and daughters on the right path and stay away from this crook and half baked selfish mullahs. More than women the men folks should stand up against this evil practice, educate themselves in their religious duties and rights and have empathy on those poor women and their families who get effected and the next one could be your own sister, daughter, so if you want to prevent that to happen then you should not have those evil intentions yourselves and refrain from that evil practice. In islam even though talaq is permitted but that is the most disliked and refrainable action and there are incidents quoted that when a nikaah (union) happens the heavens glow and when a talaq happens the heavens have a sadness and gloom hovers over.
