Do women in India have adequate property rights?

Women's have only to residence right in parental or in-laws n husband's ..she has no right to sell n transfer her property ....whatever she inherited from her parents n husband ...today also she is under control in Indian judiciary ...in Indian society .

I come from Kerala Christian Catholic background where it is much evident that women don't get any rights in the ancestral property. And it still continues the denial of such rights.

Today also Indian judiciary has not given enough legal rights to women in society ...we women's are unsatisfied with new amendments of new laws in judiciary ...
